Boudoir Myths Busted: “I need to gain\lose X amount of weight.”

If you’re expressing this idea, the thing to ask yourself, is that what is really holding me back? Will an extra five, or ten pounds either way really make any difference? The realistic answer is no. The only way you would notice would be if you were already extremely thin. So, what is really behind the hesitation? A possibility is fear of judgement, which would keep a person back at any weight.

Bare Expressions is about facing fears, and accepting your body at any weight, shape, or form, in a very judgement free environment. I encourage you to face any fears, and address any with me that you may have.
